Congressman Seth Moulton is raising new concerns about conditions inside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) processing facility in Burlington, Massachusetts, following a scheduled inspection there on Monday.
Moulton spent about 90 minutes inside the building, his second visit this year after a first in June, to follow up on complaints from community groups about how long immigrants have been held in the facility.

“The conditions are better, but do I just trust that? No, of course not,” Moulton said after the tour.
