The Green Bay Packers are currently 8-3, and are still gunning for the top spot in the NFC North. Ahead of their critical game against the Chicago Bears, the team announced some huge roster additions.

One of the biggest concerns for the Packers has been the running game. Oddly enough, Josh Jacobs currently has a 3.9 yards per carry average, which is low in comparison to his 4.4 in 2024. Green Bay sits in the middle of the pack with a 4.0 yards per carry average, which is just below the league average of 4.4 yards.
It could be that the Packers may not have enough players in the backfield to assist Jacobs. Emmanuel Wilson has stepped up at time, but more may be needed.
