Students and faculty at Texas A&M are mourning the unexpected death of sophomore Brianna Aguilera.
Aguilera died at a student apartment complex near the university just hours after attending a tailgate party Friday night, according to a Monday, December 1, report from local news outlet KBTX. The Austin Police Department noted that her death occurred early in the morning on Saturday just before 1 a.m. According to the news outlet, authorities do not suspect foul play and a cause of death has not yet been released.
Her cause of death will be investigated by the Travis County Medical Examiner.
