A whirlwind week of Thanksgiving basketball is finally behind us. But just as one week of tournaments ends, yet another begins.

This week, tournaments at Du Quoin, Goreville, Hamilton County, and Trico are being played. The Du Quoin Boys Tip-Off Classic, which starts Tuesday after Monday’s session was cancelled due to impending weather, features the Indians, Carmi-White County, Chester, Herrin, Cairo, Murphysboro, Sesser-Valier, and Sparta.
