Authorities in Ohio are searching for a 71-year-old doctor who disappeared last week.

Dr. Cletus Iwuagwu was last seen by his niece at his office around 8 p.m. local time on Nov. 24, according to a Lucas County Sheriff's Office report obtained by PEOPLE.
