Penn State’s football program may be zeroing in on its next permanent head coach.

Per On3 reporters Brett McMurphy, Chris Low and Pete Nakos, Brigham Young head coach Kalani Sitake is now the focus of Penn State’s coaching search.

Sitake, a former BYU fullback, is in his 10 th season with the BYU Cougars. His 11-1 team plays 11-1 Texas Tech in the Big 12 championship game on Saturday.
