HALL COUNTY, Neb. —
Prosecutors have dismissed county charges against a Nebraska man who allegedly shot at law enforcement, according to court documents.
Justin Jelinek still faces a federal indictment for seven counts of attempted murder, seven counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter, one count of receipt of child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography.

Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol's Technical Crimes Unit were serving a warrant relating to a child sexual abuse images investigation at a Grand Island residence in October .
The resident, identified as Jelinek, was seen holding a shotgun. According to troopers, Jelinek initially complied with troopers' commands to put down the gun, but he would not come out of the home.
