Arkansas Teacher Retirement System’s investments gained $817 million in value during last quarter, consultant says

Bolstered by rising stock markets, the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System's investments gained about $817 million in value during the quarter that ended Sept. 30, reaching over $24 billion, the system's investment consultant reported Monday.
