Baltimore, MD – A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder in connection with an October shooting that left a 31-year-old man injured in the city’s Eastern District, according to Baltimore Police.
Richard Holland Jr. of Baltimore was taken into custody without incident on November 30 in the area of East North Avenue and Maryland Avenue. He was transported to Central Booking and formally charged following weeks of investigation.
The shooting occurred on October 27 around 2:05 a.m., when Eastern District patrol officers were called to an area hospital for a walk-in gunshot victim. The victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was later reported in stable co
