A 56-year-old woman from Aurora, Illinois, sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash around 2:20 p.m. Monday, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
The woman was driving eastbound on Interstate 44 in Pulaski County when her vehicle, an Infiniti QX50, traveled off the right side of the highway and crashed into a tree, according to the report.
The Pulaski County Ambulance District transported the woman, along with a 68-year-old man who was a passenger in the vehicle, to Phelps Health in Rolla, according to the report. The woman's injuries were deemed serious, and the man had minor injuries, according to the report.
