GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing 17-year-old Sapphire Hammer of Green Bay.

Her family has concerns about her welfare. She is an Indian female, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 250 pounds.

She has brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen Sunday, Nov. 30, around 7:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Doty Street.

She had been in contact with her family after leaving home, but that communication stopped Monday evening, Dec. 1, and her whereabouts are unknown.

The public is asked to review photos of Sapphire provided by her family.
