TIMES SQUARE (WABC) -- Two men are in custody after a shot was fired inside a Midtown subway station on Monday evening, police said.
It happened in the lower level of the 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal, where you can access the A/C/E subway lines.
Police responded to the station's mezzanine, where at least 1 shot was fired.
Bystanders pointed out two men who were arrested without incident just after 8:30 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
One shell casing was found and the area was originally blocked off for evidence but has since reopened for pedestiran traffic.
A street performer described what he saw to Eyewitness News.
