Orlando’s signature college football bowl games may have a temporary new home next season: UCF’s Acrisure Bounce House Stadium.
The university’s Board of Trustees is set to discuss an agreement this week that would allow the Bounce House to host three major events — the Florida Classic , the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl and the Pop-Tarts Bowl — while Camping World Stadium undergoes renovations. Those upgrades, totaling $400 million, are expected to be completed ahead of the 2027 college football season.
UCF officials say the stadium can support events drawing more than 10,000 fans.
Students on campus appear excited about the possibility. Alexander Lokhanov, a UCF student, said hosting the games would bring new energy to the school.
