Quarterback Jaxson Dart #6 of the New York Giants reacts as he walks off the field at the end of the game. Corey Sipkin for the NY POST
Grading the Giants’ 33-15 road loss to the Patriots on Monday night.
Offense
Jaxson Dart looked unsure of himself at the start, as far as knowing when to be aggressive and when to protect himself after missing two games with a concussion. He needed to get out of bounds rather than get blasted by LB Christian Elliss . Dart’s lone TD pass was a nice adjustment at the line of scrimmage, leading to a 30-yarder to Darius Slayton. TE Theo Johnson could have hauled in a ball in the end zone in the second quarter. Devin Singletary had a 22-yard scoring run. Line did not give Dart as much time as it has in past games.
