The Phoenix Suns have been one of the early surprises of the 2025-2026 NBA season. They play a no-nonsense type of basketball with Devin Booker leading the way. One key addition in the offseason has panned out exceptionally well for them: Dillon Brooks.
While Brooks’ hard-nosed style of play has constantly irked his opponents, Suns owner Matt Ishbia has lauded him for it. The 29-year-old is arguably the Suns’ second-best player this season. He is averaging a career-high 21.5 points in just 31.3 minutes per game for Phoenix.
Against the visiting LA Lakers, the ever-flamboyant Brooks decided to do a shoulder shrug directed at LeBron James after converting a fastbreak dunk.
The Suns’ bench is loving their teammate’s gesture and arrogance. Well, that sums up Dillon Brooks for everybody. No
