Disorderly conduct: SOM Center Road

At 10:15 p.m. Nov. 26, officers were called to the Walgreens store at 6270 SOM Center Road after management reported a disturbance.

When officers arrived, they saw a man throw a glass bottle containing root beer into the street on Bainbridge Road. The bottle broke.

When confronted, the man told officers that he had a dispute with Walgreens staff related to his medication.

Officers tried to detain him while they investigated the incident. The man, however, became agitated and struggled with officers. He was arrested for disorderly conduct.

The Cleveland resident, 57, was taken to Solon jail and held on that charge. He was also issued a warning for criminal trespassing from returning to Walgreens.
