Five More Lawsuits Allege Fraud, Kickbacks in Class Action Settlements

The class actions, filed from Nov. 7 to Nov. 20, come as the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation hears arguments this week on whether to coordinate five similar suits against claims administrators and banks.
