Two retail food establishments in Greenville County fell below the "78" score threshold during November's restaurant inspection reports discovered by the SCDA.
The statewide inspection team reported those food establishments not marking cooked items with proper dates, a bug zapping device near prep area as well as bio-film buildup between Nov. 5 and Nov. 13. Both retail food spaces corrected their errors and re-established an "A" grade during a follow-up inspection conducted shortly after.
