Police are hunting a thug who attacked a teenage girl at a Midland beauty spot.

The 16-year-old walking her bike along a footpath when a man walking in the opposite direction shouted abuse at her near British Camp.

She told police the man threw her bike to the ground and then hit her in the face. It happened near the landmark British Camp Iron Age hill fort on the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire .

The man was described as white and aged around 65. He was wearing a green coat and walking a brown dog.

No arrests had been made.
