MADISON (WKOW) -- Former Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes officially announced his run for Wisconsin governor on Tuesday in a YouTube video .

Barnes enters a packed Democratic field, including Lt. Gov. Sara Rodriguez , Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley , Rep. Francesca Hong , former state Rep. Brett Hulsey , and State Sen. Kelda Roys .

On the Republican side, U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany and Washington County Executive Josh Schoemann are running.
