LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman for running a traffic light on Nov. 28.
It happened on KY 192 after a black Chevrolet Traverse ran a red light, nearly hitting a deputy’s patrol car.
A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver was determined to be under the influence.
Amber Nicole Hensley, 35, was arrested and charged with:
Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense
Prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense
Disregarding a traffic control device – traffic light
She is being held in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
