Football Athlete of the Week

Duke Snyder received over 12,000 votes. The senior receiver on the Alexander/Pembroke team caught four passes for 89 yards during the team's 11-8 loss in a state tournament quarterfinal to Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Brocton.

During the fall season, the polls launched on Mondays at democratandchronicle.com to determine the Athlete of the Week from the previous week’s top performances. Your vote determined who was honored as Section V’s best.
