PARIS – Givaudan has finalized its acquisition of Belle Aire Creations, a U.S.-based full-service fragrance manufacturer.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Belle Aire Creation’s business would have represented about 65 million Swiss francs of incremental sales to Givaudan ’s 2024 results – which equaled 7.4 billion Swiss francs – on a pro-forma basis, according to the world’s largest fragrance and beauty supplier in a statement Tuesday. The transaction’s funding will be made with existing resources, according to the group.

Givaudan said the acquisition is aligned with the strategy of strengthening its presence with local and regional clients, and expanding creative capabilities across North America.
