Police have locked down a road in Edinburgh after crash involving two HGV lorries and a bus.
Officers were alerted to the incident on Maybury Road in Edinburgh at around 8:15am on Tuesday, December 2.
It is unclear at this stage of there were any injuries as a result of the incident.
The road has been closed in both directions and locals are urged to avoid the area.
An Eden Farm lorry is reported to have collided with the back of the bus, causing the driver to lose control of his vehicle, and smash head-on with a Cancer Research lorry that was carrying used clothes.
Images from the scene show all three vehicles were badly damaged in the crash, which happened right beside a bus stop on the road.
