MANTON, MI - When police came knocking on the door of the trailer where Rebecca Park had been living before her disappearance, they appeared to know exactly what they were looking for.

Five officers fanned out across a configuration of two single-wide, conjoined trailers. They searched bedrooms, picked up items off the kitchen table, and left with computers, notebooks - and several knives.

They searched the property’s two outbuildings and asked questions about where the septic tank was located.

According to a copy of the search warrant they gave the homeowner that day, police were looking for DNA evidence, including anything with blood stains. But they were also looking for something even more grim - evidence of a grave.

“Human remains to include a fetus,” the search warrant reads. And
