A male influencer shocked at the British Fashion Awards in a penis-flashing 'naked' bodysuit - but it's not quite what you think.

Content creator and fashion personality Lyas Medini, who boasts 401,000 Instagram followers, certainly got heads turning at the coveted ceremony last night (December 1) in London. It comes as Sienna Miller exposed her baby bump and knickers in a 'naked' dress at the event .
