A 15-year-old boy was hospitalized after he was shot early Tuesday morning in the Dillard neighborhood, New Orleans Police said.

The boy was taken to a local hospital by New Orleans EMS, where he was listed in stable condition as of 6:10 a.m., police said.

The shooting was reported at about 3:56 a.m. at the intersection of New Orleans and Pleasure streets.
