(Rapid City, SD) — The City of Presidents is helping the less fortunate stay warm this winter. The bronze statues of US presidents in downtown Rapid City are rocking winter gear so people looking to keep warm in the harsh cold can remove the gear off the statues to use for themselves. Calvary Lutheran Church is one of many organizations and donors that help dress the statues in hats, gloves, scarves and other winter gear. The gear, has either been gently used or brand new.
