Approaching snow storm didn't stop 2 from seeking sex with child, Portage police say

PORTAGE — Two men, including one who drove two hours from Michigan, were nabbed Saturday by a vigilante group and local police on allegations of attempting to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex, according to the arrest reports.
