Brian Walshe's murder trial will continue Tuesday at Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts, with more testimony expected from investigators who initially probed the missing person case that turned into an alleged murder.
Walshe is accused of killing his wife, Ana, on New Year's Day 2023. He's pleaded guilty to dismembering her body and misleading police, but is fighting a first degree murder charge.
On Monday, both sides delivered opening statements.
