The fate of Donald Trump's presidential library is up for consideration once again on Tuesday.
The district Board of Trustees of Miami Dade College are holding a special board meeting scheduled for 8 a.m. at the Hialeah campus to discuss the future of the land and retake its vote.
It all has to do with the land in downtown Miami that the college gave away for Trump’s presidential library.
The nearly 3-acre plot of land sits on Biscayne Boulevard next to the Freedom Tower. Currently, it functions as a Miami Dade College parking lot.
Tuesday's vote comes amid an ongoing legal battle over whether the college violated Florida's Sunshine laws the first time it voted to give away the prime piece of property without any notice to the public.
