And the winner is ...: With another holiday season upon us, it’s time to fill out your list of nominees for the 8th annual Sloopys, Capitol Letter’s annual Ohio political awards. Submit your nominations in 28 different categories – some nice, some naughty – through Monday, Dec. 8. Voting on the top finalists will run from Tuesday, Dec. 9 through Monday, Dec. 15, and winners will be announced in the Friday, Dec. 19 edition of Capitol Letter.
