Criminal damaging, Center Road

A woman was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Nov. 19 for criminal damaging and trespassing after allegedly driving onto a man’s lawn, kicking in the back door of his house, and using a broom and a metal object to rip a window screen and smash a window. The incident was reportedly captured on security footage at the residence. The man said he and the woman had breakfast earlier in the day, and she later became angry when he told her to stop texting him. During her arrest, the woman told police the man had raped her. The man reportedly denied this and volunteered to provide police with a DNA sample. The incident remained under investigation at the time of the report.
