Nearly two dozen people were displaced following a two-alarm fire at a mixed-use building in Hartford early Tuesday.
Crews responded to a report of a structure fire at 163-165 Albany Ave. at 12:26 a.m. and found heavy fire conditions at the three-story brick building, according to the Hartford Fire Department .
A second alarm was activated when firefighters arrived, fire officials said. Crews found a fire in the cockloft above the third floor, officials said.
