Costco wants refunds on tariffs paid since Trump administration implemented them

In the complaint filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade, Costco wants the court to declare the International Emergency Economic Powers Act-based tariffs unlawful, issue an injunction preventing customs from imposing further tariffs and a full refund of duties Costco has already paid.
