Sunderland manager Regis Le Bris has given an update on injuries ahead of the clash with Liverpool.
Sunderland head coach Regis Le Bris admits Noah Sadiki is still suffering after taking a whack in the face during the win over Bournemouth at the weekend.
Cherries' midfielder Lewis Cook was shown a straight red card for elbowing the Black Cats midfielder in the face, deep into injury time.
Sadiki was down on the ground for a lengthy period, but Le Bris believes he'll be in contention for the game tomorrow, despite still having a swollen face.
"He's suffered and he still is now," Le Bris said. "He will be okay for Wednesday but he suffered."
