The Tennessee Highway Patrol released a list of sobriety checkpoints for December 2025.

Here is the list of checkpoint locations for the month:

Hamilton County

Dec. 12 - Lightfoot Mill Rd. (driver's license checkpoint)

Dec. 19 - Dodds Ave. at 45th St.

Dec. 26 - Hixson Pike near the 1300 block

Dec. 31 - Cherokee Blvd.

Bradley County

Dec. 12 - U.S. Hwy 64 at the flea market

Marion County

Dec. 11 - Valley View Hwy. at Coppinger Cove Rd.

Dec. 25 - TN Hwy. 156 at Blue Bridge

McMinn County

Dec. 31 - Hwy. 11 at the Bradley Co. line

Meigs County

Dec. 19 - Hwy. 60 at Hwy. 58

Polk County

Dec. 5 - Old Fort at Old Federal Rd.

Rhea County

Dec. 5 - Hwy. 68 at Big Apple Market
