WEST HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) - A high school in West Hartford was placed in “secure school” mode on Tuesday.
West Hartford Public Schools officials confirmed the security measure to Channel 3.
Police confirmed that a student thought they overheard something about a weapon in a bathroom; however, it turned out to not be accurate.
They said their response was out of an abundance of caution.
