Samsung has finally shared key details for its upcoming Galaxy Z TriFold, a phone with two hinges that unfolds into a 10-inch tablet, and it’s bonkers.
First, the Galaxy Z TriFold is launching in the U.S. in the first quarter of 2026, although pricing has not been announced. Second, holy moly, the damn thing is a mere 3.9mm at its thinnest point when unfolded. For comparison, the iPhone Air measures 5.6mm, the Galaxy S25 Edge is 5.8mm, and the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is 4.2mm.
