Chris Kamara has revealed that his life ‘flashed before my eyes’ as he provided a 'second opportunity’ health update to his fans.

The 67-year-old former Sky Sports pundit announced to his fans that he was diagnosed with speech apraxia in 2022. The rare neurological disorder stops a person from planning and coordinating movements to communicate.

Chris stepped away from the limelight for several years after his diagnosis. However, last year saw him join his former Sky Sports News’s Soccer Saturday colleague Jeff Stelling to analyse Amazon Prime’s Boxing Day football coverage.
