BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - A Pound woman is formally charged with killing a Two Rivers man and injuring two members of his family in a Thanksgiving Day crash.

Brown County prosecutors charged Cheryl Mitchell, 67, with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle while having a prior intoxicant-related conviction/ revocation and two counts of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

The Brown County Sheriff’s Office crash reconstruction unit said an SUV hit a minivan head-on on southbound Interstate 43 in New Denmark, near the on-ramp of Highway 96.
