JACKSON — Consumers Energy and the Consumers Energy Foundation marked Giving Tuesday on Dec. 2 by recognizing the work of nonprofit partners and encouraging residents to take part in the season of generosity.

Per a Dec. 2 news release, the foundation awarded grants to 115 organizations in 2025 whose missions align with its focus on people, the planet and community prosperity.

Company employees also contributed time and resources throughout the year. Among the groups highlighted were Habitat for Humanity and United Way.
