You may have only just got over Alan Carr's shock triumph in The Celebrity Traitors , but there's no rest for the wicked as the wildly-popular BBC reality series is back with its fourth season. Best of all, it's not that far away!

Following the comedian's victory over Nick Mohammed and David Olusoga in a tense endgame, a post-show teaser revealed that the next instalment of the main series would be coming in 2026.

We now know that it's coming at the first possible opportunity next year, with the fourth season premiering on Thursday, 1 January at 8pm on BBC One. The next part will follow on Friday, 2 January, with both episodes streaming on BBC iPlayer after airing.
