Tickets are now available for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers She is Football Career Summit, presented by Fifth Third Bank , set to take place on Friday, March 6 at Raymond James Stadium. The career summit kicks off the team's She is Football Weekend, presented by Jabil, a two-day celebration that champions the Buccaneers' mission of developing 50,000 female leaders annually through the power of sport.

Funds raised from the weekend will be allocated toward keeping young girls in sports. 94% of women in executive positions have played youth sports. However, the dropout rate for girls in youth sports is double the rate of boys. The Buccaneers are committed to providing opportunities to keep girls in the game and develop the next generation of leaders.
