BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) -At least 30 people who were displaced during an apartment fire in Bradenton are still seeking help.

Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue units responded to 5920 36th St. W. in Coral Club Apartments for a reported building fire involving a three-story apartment building on Friday at 1:29 pm.

Cedar Hammock Fire Rescue said crews arrived just over two minutes after receiving the call and found heavy fire and smoke from the rear of the building and heavy smoke from all three levels at the front of the building. The fire was extinguished within 30 minutes of units arriving on the scene.

The American Red Cross was also at the scene helping people displaced. Officials said 12 households were impacted.
