The FBI offered a $50,000 reward on Monday for any information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect responsible for the fatal mass shooting in Stockton, California , over the holiday weekend.
The shooting left four people dead and 11 others wounded, according to police. The deceased victims were ages 8, 9, 14, and 21. The number of wounded people was initially 10.
