Green Bay police is asking for the public's help in locating a 17-year-old girl.

Police said Sapphire Hammer of Green Bay was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Nov. 30 in the 1300 block of Doty Street. She stopped contact with her family Dec. 1.

Hammer is 5-foot-6 and weighs around 250 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Her family is worried about her wellbeing, police said.
