Hollyoaks will see two characters team up to help Cleo McQueen as she goes through postpartum psychosis in new scenes.

The Channel 4 soap has been tackling an important storyline for Cleo, who has been struggling to cope since the premature birth of her baby Joseph during the soap's dramatic 30th anniversary .

In scenes airing next week, Cleo, who had been admitted to hospital after experiencing hallucinations, is advised to stay on while her baby could go home.

Cleo, however, is suspicious of girlfriend Sienna Blake's real intentions as she entrusts her son to her.
