A local hospital is working to identify a man who was found in West Philadelphia over the weekend.

The man was picked up by paramedics at 45 th and Market streets and brought to the hospital on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025. The unidentified patient is described as a Black man between the ages of 50 and 60 standing 5-foot-7 and weighing around 120 pounds.

The man also has an old surgical scar on his abdomen.
