The son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber offered a detailed breakdown of his mental health journey and the various medications he is taking to manage his struggles.

“I've had a lot of loss in many different forms recently,” he said in a video posted on Instagram Dec. 1. “That is not an excuse, but it's the reason—or part of—why I am where I'm at now.”

The model shared that he is currently taking various medications including valium and buprenorphine, a drug used to treat pain and opioid dependence. He also described taking Xanax “when the panic attacks are really, really bad,” though he admitted that he didn’t “have as much direction” on his dosages as he would like.
